Each stage has criteria you can complete, primary and supporting executives assigned to it, and an audit trail for every advance. No manual project management — your work moves through the stages as you complete them, and the team responds at each stage.

Every executive has an immutable identity, a real domain of responsibility, and a walk-in Office you can visit inside the Studio. Each Office shows the work currently on that executive's desk (drafts awaiting your approval, stages they're leading, work they've handled) alongside the real external tools that executive uses in their domain — Spotify for Artists in Flip's Office, KDP in Ez's, Meta / TikTok / Google Ads in HiMax's.
By default, every executive can only draft. Nothing executes on your behalf until you say so.
New Ventures start at Automation Level 1 (Draft). Your executives can research, analyze, evaluate, and propose — but every external or committing action is filed as a Draft that waits for your approval. If you want an executive to handle something automatically, you create a scoped, named Automation (Level 3) that spells out exactly what they can run without asking. There is no shadow execution. Every action is auditable back to a policy decision.

Conscience™ is the shared memory + retrieval + reasoning engine behind the team. When Bezzy tells you a chorus lands harder, when Bo says you're clear to launch, when Flip flags a metadata issue — the reasoning is grounded in your governed project history, not invented. Every action that spends tokens is estimated, reserved, and confirmed with you before it runs.
Before any action commits, you see a preflight breakdown: the token cost, the wallet impact, the USD-equivalent for anything that becomes a real charge. Estimates that go stale between preview and approval invalidate cleanly — the server refuses to execute a stale estimate. Insufficient balance returns 402 and never silently proceeds. Reservations that fail always roll back.
On any Venture, ask Bezzy to explore cover art directions and pick the one that lands.
Tap Generate on a Venture and Bezzy prepares three concept directions. You choose the one that feels right. The concept you pick becomes the Venture's cover; any previous cover is archived, never silently overwritten. Bezzy's exploration is governed under artwork_concepts — audited, reversible, no external side-effects.
Every capability has a published token cost. Your subscription includes an allocation. When you need more, you top up.
The token economy is honest by design. Each action has a published cost, your plan includes a monthly allocation, and if you exceed it, you can top up with a pay-as-you-go pack. Nothing is metered without you seeing the cost first.
Every charge is verified end-to-end and every executive action tied to a payment is idempotent.
AIROTECH runs on Stripe with signature-verified webhooks. When an executive action results in a charge, the platform binds that charge to that specific action — the same commit cannot double-charge. Refunds sync back automatically.
